INGREDIENTS:
- Sugar – 150 gm
- Water – 6 tbsp
- Cream – 200 ml
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Cream of tartar (COT) – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/8 tsp
DIRECTION:
- Put pan onto heat, add sugar, water and COT.
- Keep an eye on it until it gets dark in color.
- Add butter, salt and stir for two minutes.
- Remove from heat and add cream into it
- Keep it cool and store in a jar. Can be stored up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
